Secondhand smoke is defined as the smoke which is exhaled by the smoker plus the smoke created by the smouldering of a lit cigarette. This smoke is full of toxins,smoking cessation, and is dangerous to anyone who breathes it in. There are over 4000 chemical compounds in secondhand smoke; 200 of which are known to be poisonous, and upwards of 60 have been identified as carcinogens.
