Blindsided

Boy oh boy I have been completely Blindsided this morning with a heavy crave to go outside and smoke. I think it is the sun outside and the forecast for a bit warmer weather,stop smoking now, and the thoughts of washing the cars and cleaning out the garage have brought smoking back to the forefront. I take it SPing is going to be rough,stop smoking, all those damn triggers expereinced for the first time after almost 2 months smoke free. Staying strong, but this is the hardest I have been hit in a long time, been smooth sailing for the most part.
